Sibelius Monument - supposed to capture the essence of the music of Sibelius. Weighs 24 tons.
It consists of series of more than 600 hollow steel pipes welded together in a wave-like pattern.
An effigy of Sibelius was later included after locals complained about the pipe motif!

Timppelaiukio Rock Church
Built underground inside of a massive block of natural granite in the middle of an ordinary residential square
Top of dome is connected to glass panels to let in natural light
